V&S Duchy LTD collects the details you choose to submit through its consultancy enquiry forms, including your name, organisation, email address, telephone, optional postal address and enquiry.
We use this information to receive, assess and respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, discuss the consultancy support requested. We do not use enquiry details to send unrelated marketing unless you separately request it.
Submissions are processed using our website hosting provider, Netlify. Access to submissions should be limited to authorised account users. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the website forms.
We aim to retain enquiries only for as long as necessary for correspondence and related business administration, and to respect applicable UK data protection rights including access, correction and erasure where appropriate.
